OttoDAO takes its name from LottoPGF’s mascot, Otto the Money Frog. As an amphibian, Otto is comfortable moving between worlds – be that across land and water, or through the domains of degens and regens. Wherever he goes, he brings a spirit of cypherpunk playfulness with him.

Just as lotteries have a long history, spanning thousands of years, Otto’s lineage can also be traced back to the wisdom of ancient cultures; the Jin Chan feng shui money frog, held sacred for its connection to wealth and abundance, and the Hamp’atu frog, celebrated by Aymara and Quechua communities as a symbol of fertility and luck.
