Participants of OttoDAO are responsible for understanding and accepting the risks associated with the use of $OTTO and association with the DAO. Participants are responsible for understanding specific laws and regulations pertaining to lotteries in their relevant jurisdiction of authority.

Participation in the DAO should only be used in connection with public goods and services that such activity follows all applicable and relevant laws of Participants’ jurisdiction.

$OTTO is not intended to be an investment or financial product, but instead, the token is intended solely for use within the context of the governance mechanisms of the DAO and does not represent or grant any ownership rights or dividends within the DAO. Participants acknowledge that there is no inherent value associated with any $OTTO tokens.

There has been no registration with securities regulators, including those in the United States or European Union.
